Scooby Doo sucks. Put Betty Boop on that list!

Actually, I was thinking of the Simpson's episode where they go to Japan.

Oh, I just checked. It WAS the battling seizure robots on that Simpson's episode.

What did the "choco-mattel etc etc robots" appear on?

Ah: Different episode!
===

64. Can I Get A Boo-Yah? In an attempt to seem less commercial (no thanks to the "Mattel and Mars Bar Quick-Energy Choc-O-Bot Hour"), Krusty and the network honchos come up with something more educational -- a Kids News show. Lisa is the anchorwoman, and Bart starts out as the sports anchor. "Bart Simpson telling you to lock the doggie in the barn, because here comes dodge-ball action! The shirts continued their domination over the skins today. And in schoolyard fights, the highly anticipated match between Kearny and Mr. Largo ended in a disqualification, for use of dog poo on a stick."

Um, they screwed up by not including Family Guy and Garfield.

Oh yeah, you can't forget them.

The Batman cartoon? Who watched that?

Ooh, I didn't realize it was on DVD now. I guess that needs to go on the 'to buy' list.

There was something special about that show- it wasn't really for kids, but it could be watched by them. It had the darkness and the depth of a good movie, and incredible style. It wasn't even like watching a cartoon.

Pinky and the Brain rocked.

But, I believe that fell under the loony tunes category since it is WB. They lumped everything from Bugs Bunny to the Coyote in that category.

Yep. The actual "Choc-O-Bot Action Hour" showed up at the end up that episode. It's the show where the crazy cat lady is introduced, if that helps.

you got it right. Although the list includes Looney Tunes, which starred Bugs. I also liked Fractured Fairy Tales, Peabody and Sherman, Tennessee Tuxedo, Speedy Gonzales, Roadrunner.

Absolutely. ....the whole cast of characters from Looney Tunes / The Rocky & Bullwinkle Show.

No cartoons even come close.

oh wow, I have not paid much attention to your graphic, but now I remember.....that theme song from Darkwing Duck is playing in my head.

Oh, my childhood.

Once I hit fourth grade or so in the 90's, they began taking off some of the classics on the Saturday morning cartoons and put on this anime bullcrap. It was a rough time! :)

I have about 5 or 6 foghorn leghorn cartoons I downloaded off Kazaa. I never find the time to watch them though. I loved it growing up.

That falls under the loony tunes category, but yeah. :)

I was pissed when I was a little kid and ABC reduced "Bugs Bunny and Friends" to a half-hour from an hour of great cartoon fun in the early 90s or so.

I still harbor a grudge on that one. cough cough

Aeon Flux Rules!

I still have every episode on VHS from when they aired on MTV's Liquid Television.

Since you like Billy & Mandy and I only watched it a few times. Why can’t the Grim Reaper kill those kids or other people? How does Mandy have him under his control?

They won a bet over Billy's dying hamster, limbo dancing, IIRC. Grim lost and has to be their friend forever.
