Have you ever heard Jeff Foxworthy's routine on the Stay-Free Minipad 400?
To: WestCoastGal
The IRL uses the pit access road from turn 3; I suspect that they'll extend the pit wall to close off the old enrance off of 4.

Sadler's crew was really funny standing under the scoring tower for luck to stay on the pole.

I sure hope Nascar takes a look at that. You can be sure NASCAR will take a loot at it but the question is will they demand that Indianapolis do something before next year's race. Obviously it's too late to do much before this year's race.
For now, perhaps you will join me in thanking God for protecting everybody during that spin and ask Him to keep everybody safe during the race and to reveal a solution to the powers-that-be concering this situation.
Until then, Go National Guard Racing!

Me too, be back in a bit.

I will definitely say a prayer for everyone's safety as I always do.
It just looked like Rusty crashed in turn 4 also and wound up going toward pitroad as well.

NASCAR inspectors refused to let the car qualify after finding a chain that holds the axle housing to the chassis on the right rear of the car was hanging too low. The team tried a quick fix, but the inspectors failed the car a second time.
At that point, the team was put on a 5-minute clock and they were unable to fix the problem in time.
"We just had a little problem with the chain that holds the droop on the right rear," said Chad Knaus, Johnson's crew chief. "NASCAR didn't like it the way it was. It wasn't a big deal. We were trying to fix it and we just didn't have time."
Knaus said Johnson and the team will overcome the poor start.

Goodness Gracious. That was about the worst rendition of The National Anthem I've ever heard.
Did Roseanne Barr call in sick?

That was awful.
Singing this countires anthem looking like a tramp makes it hard to watch.
Yes, tubebender she looked like a bellydancer. I had to take a second look at that outfit.
