That doesn't solve your rental problem, it's just an observation from one of the 7000 looking for a like one, or one widowed or Biblically divorced--or more importantly in this day and age--learning to love and accept unconditionally, as Jesus did.

Well, I guess a lot of people think that the path to happiness is instant gratification. There is also social pressure working its way through HS and college, and it's more predominant in college where “hooking up” becomes a must. We also live in a culture that encourages and promotes this kind of behavior.

Lack of morals leave us valuing the wrong set of standards.
