Thanks. Been that way for me, too with all my traveling this summer.

Could be better. Visit with 82 year old blood dad was mostly a bust. Super critical, blaming etc. over NOTHING--even over very kind, thoughtful, gentle, well thought out acts of servant-hearted service in his behalf done as well as could be imagined the way he'd prefer. Sheesh.

Anyway--God is still Good. It was fitting I go. Just grieved at the way he is choosing to be at the close of his life.

And, I'd expected too much, clearly, on hearing that his wife's death had made him more communicative. Guess not with me.

Hope you're having an interesting--pleasantly--and overcoming summer.

I'm having a good summer, thankyou Quix. I'm sorry to hear your visit with your Father didn't go better. Sometimes old people just get mean and cranky, you did the right thing by going so pat yourself on the back!
