She bought a game intended for 17 and over for a 14 year-old. But when things that are in a game that's intended for an 18 year-old showed up, she wanted to sue.

The logic is that her son is a trial lawyer, and he went to his mom and said, "hey, will you be the lead plaintiff"? We can all make a lot of money.

It's easy to understand; carjacking, mugging, shooting cops, stealing merchandise, selling drugs, ect, is all fine for a fourteen to seventeen your old, but when you throw in sex... /sarcasm So is she admitting the game was permissible before she saw the sex?

Actually, put it this way- Say you took your kid to an "R" rated movie thinking they were mature enough to handle it. You sit down, start eating pop corn and then all of the sudden you see some hard-core porn. Would you not be angry? Sure your kid was 14 and it was an "R" rated movie, but that was XXX content.

This game was rated too low. From the sound of it, it should have been AO, adults only
