There's nothing wrong with a vegan lifestyle. I've met a few over the years and they've told me that they do eat well and can achieve full nutrition from that lifestyle.

Truth be told, I've scaled back on my meat intake over the last few years. I've read a few horror stories and that's convinced me to make some minor changes in my diet.

But I could never practice a complete vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. The urge to do battle with a 12 oz sirloin or a plate of tasty bacon is too overwhelming.

You can be a very healthy, normal looking vegan...you just have to approach it with intelligence and KNOW what you're doing.

Half my siblings are vegan and my neice is being raised vegan. And she's as healthy as they come.

I've been vegan/vegetarian, but in my line of work, I'm expected to eat or at least taste everything that patients/clients are served, so it's easier just to eat everything :)
