Good grief is right. He wants way too much info, when a stunning photo is all that's necessary! Jerk. I wouldn't give him the time of day.
With a little photo shopping of the issue and expiration dates, I do still have a CA driver's license from a while back...lol... and some photos from my more youthful days. Hmmmmm, what a hoot to send in an application...lol.
