Here's a few: George Foreman grill machine, Pampered Chef apple peeler/corer/slicer, vinyl siding, ceramic tile flooring, HP printer, my Mitsubishi Galant.

What they all have in common is that each one does exactly what it is supposed to do without inflicting any unintended consequences on us.

Here's a few things I wish I had not bought: Dodge Aries, HP computer, microwaveable egg poacher.
