I had second thoughts about even bothering with this thread tonight...

I'm glad you did, even though I don't get to participate in the tread until well after the show is over in your time zone. Some relief from the bad news is most welcome.

So I watched the show last night and still think Nick is the best overall dancer in the competition. The woman he was coupled with last night is also excellent and a perfect partner for him.

I think the big guy should get booted off next. He's all heart and works hard at the dancing, but he is so limited in what he can do. He has a show dancer's heart in a linebacker's body. Too bad, because he seems like a nice guy.

As for the women, Snow is possibly the best all around dancer among them, but her look is so off-putting that it's hard to enjoy her dancing. The smaller chick might not be technically as good a dancer, but she is far more enjoyable. So I hope she stays and Snow goes.

The black guy and gal impressed me last night. Not so much for the quality of their dancing as because of their ability to quickly pick up an antique dance that's truly foreign to their hip-hop saturated 2005 world.

Evening, Wolfstar :)

Big Poppa might make it--I think they said one week that he received more votes than anyone else. That spikey-haired guy isn't as well liked, IMO.

This is off-topic, but have you seen Shepard Smith's "dead body on the bridge" report today on FOX? It's unbelievable! Smith uses the body of a hurricane victim as a prop. It's one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen.

If you've seen it I'd be curious to know what you think.
