They must mean one of the men who divided up Alexander's conquests, because all of Alexander's heirs were eventually assassinated. His son by Roxane disappeared from history at the age of fourteen. Upon Alexander's death, Roxane had Alexander's second wife Stateira killed, due to rumors she was pregnant. (At the same time she also killed the wife's sister, who was Hephaistion's widow.)
