AHA! The name you mention, Peverell, has been at the back of my mind...now I am wondering if "Peeves" is a nickname of sorts.

Darn, I really liked the idea that Peeves was once named Peverell, and was somehow linked to the ring.

I can't remember offhand and I've lent out OOTP...is Bellatrix a sister or a cousin of Sirius Black? Did Sirius have any siblings besides Regulus?
