That sounds ok, and probably a lot safer for the bird than being in the wild, but I can't abide it when owners leave their birds sitting in a tiny cage without ever having freedom. It's just a pet peeve with me! LOL
Completly different subject but when I saw it, I wished I had my camera out!
Coming through Atlanta which is SO busy, I saw a woman on the back of a Harley READING a book! (not a map). Made me look twice I can tell you! LOL I thought afterwards, that maybe it was her Bible! : )

It's just a pet peeve with me! LOL LOL. I know what you mean. It's a pet peeve of mine to see so many horse owners who never ride.

I have two lovebirds that I rescued about 7-8 yrs ago. They are in a 2'X 2'X 3' cage and are never out. First, my cats would eat them in a heartbeat, and secondly, they are monsters. They can fly because they have done that at the vet's office but they don't seem to choose to 99% of the time. They climb with their beak like parrots do.
