The thing I want to know is why is is OK for the terrorist to put fear in us but we are not allowed to put fear in them?

You've got some catching up to do! It is one of the funniest shows on tv. In fact, I can't think of a funnier show, offhand.

IIRC, almost all of the dialogue is unscripted.
