Hey, I made yogurt using the heating pad...worked GREAT! Much better even than the attic yogurt.
I just made the culture like I usually do, poured it in a quart-sized canning jar and wrapped a towel around it, then wrapped the heating pad around it and tied it in place, then sat it on my countertop and actually forgot about it. It sat there for 13 hours till I woke up abruptly at 4:30am and remembered it. I went in and got it and put it in the fridge. I tasted it a bit ago and it's got a perfectly tart taste! Mmmmm!
