mornin'
Thought we wuz havin' a slowdown fer a minute.
Is it 5:00 yet?
HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!
I've got a busy one - have several briefings to put together, have to get ready for business travel *every* week in Aug except the week of the 8th. Argh! Then I sat in on a recent meeting as a favor for a colleague who couldn't attend, now I'm getting sucked into *all* of his meetings because I'm the only one with first hand info from that other mtg.
I'm living in Dilbert world.
Suzi- cooking school sounds fun!
Dude.
Morning!
Morning - can't say as I recollect the scene or the actual structure; guess it's been too long ago.
Morning, finished the eggeses, sipping another cup, MVACA show is today; wonder what treasures will be found today. Even gots me permit in hand. I think a SW 15 or SW 67 would be appropriate for LSA. Like the one we saw when we were shooting at the BH.
*Sigh* 'Fraid all I've got on the agenda for today is an AP3000.
More sadness:

Mornin'
A VIGOROUS TROPICAL WAVE OVER THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS HAS
BECOME BETTER ORGANIZED OVERNIGHT... WITH SLOWLY FALLING SURFACE
PRESSURES AND MORE CONCENTRATED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY.
FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE... AND A TROPICAL
DEPRESSION COULD FORM TODAY OR ON SATURDAY AS IT MOVES TOWARD THE
WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 20 MPH. AN AIR FORCE RESERVE UNIT
RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT IS SCHEDULED TO INVESTIGATE THE SYSTEM THIS
AFTERNOON... IF NECESSARY. INTERESTS IN AND NEAR THE NORTHERN
LEEWARD ISLANDS... THE VIRGIN ISLANDS... PUERTO RICO... AND
HISPANIOLA SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF THIS SYSTEM.
All right then. Hopefully this will all work out. I think the person might be unhappy because the books they offered only sold for 99 cents (a hugh saving for me, however!) They included in the sale the Teacher's Manual (which is what I needed) *and* the student workbook which had big parts of it already worked and some even torn out. The work book is something you normally buy new...you know, 'cause you actually use the pages. It made the auction look unattractive, imo.
But I just looked at the teacher's manual. The way I bid is I take the brand new price, subtract 50% then subtract what the person is asking for shipping then that's my max bid. So I just bid 50% minus shipping of the Teacher's manual alone...if you get me. About $6 max. But because I believe the auction *looked* so unattractive, no one else bid and I got both books for 99 cents.
It's laundry day here...
Good morning!
~sip~
Sticklebats!
Lo-retta Lynn is givin' a concert tomorrow night in the People's Republic of Charlottesville. And we cain't go...
The pool again?
No, wife has to go to a weddin' shower.
Plus I usually need more advance notice for a concert. I just found out about it this morning.
Bummer.
Is it 4:00 yet?
I'm sure it is somewhere.
Maybe where Suzi is...
Morning, all.
Argh!!
Good morning!
Is it?
