I hate when people misuse the word "hopefully." I also hate that there is no useful replacement, forcing me to say "hopefully."

Hopefully, that will change.

"Actually" is the word I also hear used that way.

Actually it is!

If you ever hear it twice in the same sentence, you are getting BSed.
