Everything was done as you say...and all options have been checked. I'm assuming that it has to do with my mobo's onboard sound. I've even updated the drivers. Nothin. I hear no one, and no one hears me(those that I have asked). I've cruised the BF2 forums and haven't found a solution...so I will continue to bark at people from my keyboard.
I was just trying to be funny with that caption. Didn't think I would actually win.
I'd like to thank the Academy, my producer and all the little people who helped me get where I am today...
hehe... well, it does kinda fit.
Congrats!
Thats right, I'm older than dirt! :)
Currently I'm am hopelessly addicted to World of Warcraft online. This game is the most fun I have ever had in a role-playing game. I highly recommend it!
I also love the Civilization series and am waiting for Civ 4 to come out in the fall. I also like various wargames on the PC.
I do have a PS2 but computer gaming is taking up all my time lately. Its WoW's fault. Its the crack of online gaming! :)
Great!... another old fart like me!
I've been gaming since the Atari/C64 too.
Did you ever play Air Warrior?
Air Warrior? hmm... I think I missed that one. Was that a 2600 game? I do remember playing Pong in a bar, that was pretty much the first video game I believe.
It was one of the first and greatest online air combat sims, supporting multiple pc platforms, including Atari, Commodore, and IBM. 3 warring countries with WW2 aircraft and a few ground vehicles battled continuously on a single server, with as many as 40-60 players simultaneously online. It was very much the predecessor to Battlefield with the gameplay based on conquest and territory control.
It was a free download from the internet, but you ended up spending a small fortune in connection fees back when internet time was by the hour. It was by Kesmai... don't know if they're still around or what. I quit when they stopped supporting Atari.
