Sorry, JR, can't go to sleep without helping this poor mother out. How about this, we allege "attractive nuisance" as the cause of the accident. Now stay with me JR, using your "ubiquitous" theory that even though in the past real men didn't go into the delivery room, now, since it is common place with this new generation, the hospital should have known this nosy father-to-be would be attracted to the delivery room activities and so the hospital should have anticipated the result, no freak accident, a foreseeable injury. Now JR, the beauty of this theory of "attractive nuisance" is it doesn't matter that the father-to-be was nosy. The burden is on the hospital. He did not have to wait in the "bull pen". He would be in a protected class. Well, I can retire now, thanks to your "ubiquitous" theory.
