Well I couldn't get through them all (3/4ths)

But these 2 are definitely wrong.

What's wrong with the Texas one?

I thought Texas was the only state to enter the union via treaty, and retained the right to fly it's flag at the same elevation as the US one.

I Google searched and everything that I found supports the statement that Robert E. Lee did not receive any demerits at West Point.

Do you have data to support your claim and links?
