I stumbled accross this board while searching for more information on which 300 nutrients (minerals or compound sources of minerals or vitamins) that ARE BEING BANNED in my country (Ireland) and all accross Europe IN TWO DAYS TIME, affecting about 5,000 products in Ireland and the U.K. alone.

And the reason the E.U. and The Codex Alimentarius Commission have for taking away yet more of the little freedom the "Nanny State" will allow these days; They are unsafe and unnecessary! vitamins & minerals unnecessary LOL. We have used them for generations, with the "Multinational Corporation Fake Food" most of us are on we have never needed supplements more. I've been taking multivitamins, calcium and cod liver oil amoung others for years, I rarely get a cold and if I do I can dose myself with 1 to 2000 mgs of vitiman c and rest assured my immune system is fighting hard. Now I won't have that choice, my health freedom has been sold to greedy pharmaceutical giants who wan't me to get that cold and get it bad, and pay through the teeth for their synthetic (maybe toxic) alternative drug. It's like banning oranges because they know those peskey oranges are good for us and keep us healthy.

If you think you're safe from The Codex Alimentarius Commission then think again. It's just a matter of time before your government sells (will be forced to sell) your health freedom too, if you didn't believe it just look at Europe and the 450 million angry citizens. Even if you've never taken dietary supplements do not miss the significance of this. We are slaves to multinational corporations, we are not free, we have let ourselves come to this point. Innovative supplements will now be suppressed unless the small alternative companies who are trying to surface these products can come up with the HUGE fees to have these "now called drugs" tested and passed. Progress is being halted, freedom is being sold, but if we all shout loud enough we might change things over here and you might stop it in your country before it's too late.

International award-winning filmmaker Kevin P. Miller of Well TV announced today the release of a new d ocumentary about the threat to freedom of choice in health care.
