The Mariners are growing on me

I recommend accetone, bleach and some comet to fix that. Try that for a few days and if it doens't work call me and I'll send out the powerwashing services. :oP

Boone is a complete A$$. IMO of course. He needs to get "ear-holed" everytime he gets in the box.

LOL! It's like Pacific Northwest moss.

The Mariners designated him for assignment before the game today and sent him home. Everyone up here is shocked.

Happy to help. :-)

The Mariners have 10 days to trade him, release him, or send him to the minors.

At least they beat Texas for me today.

Eckstein is a class guy.

He'll get the start, play an inning or two and then make way for the next class guy.

Kenny Rogers is going to fight Mike Tyson during the 7th inning stretch.

No Derek Jeter?

Fans are fickle

I remember when we had Jeff Kent on the Cleveland Indians. He sure came out of nowhere. Good player.

Wasn't Moyer great today. I swear he probably could've done the 9th, but the way they are playing, Eddie needed the work.

So, why wasn't Eddie Guardado on the AL RP list?

Excellent question. He got his 20th save today on a dismal team; what more do they want?

That was nice of Seattle to take out the Rangers and move Anaheim (notice I refuse to call them LA) up another game to 71/2. that is a great place to be going into the second half. Dont know if you know about this site Angels Rumors but it is great for keeping up on all the articles about trades, etc. If you follow the links you could get to the Mariners page.

Happy FReepin' Sandy.

And, no Jeter. Wow.

He's been on the team several times when he had no business being there, thanks to Torre.

Cesar might be classy, but he has no business being on the all star squad. LaRussa said something to the effect "Lopez can play 2nd and 3rd I hear..." if anything, Izturis should be holding Lopez's sunflower seeds during the game, not Lopez playing backup to two inferior shortstops. Just my humble (and irritated) opinion... I am frustrated. The Reds suck, our GM, Dan O'Brien is a twit.

TEAM	NAME	G	AB	R	H	2B	HR	RBI	BA	OBP	SLG	OPS
Dodgers	Izturis	72	305	38	84	12	20	18	.275	.322	.338	.660
Reds	Lopez	69	270	45	86	18	48	20	.319	.365	.556	.921

Im kinda in a lousy mood by how Clement got the shaft too.
