I'm always looking for some good suggestions on other games though (I'm a sucker for a good FPS, especially those which have team-based strategy).

You might check out BF2. They have really gone after the team based strategy angle with a vengeance. It has voice over integrated into the game, and you speak at squad or platoon level. Another really neat innovation I like is that when you get team killed, you are given the opportunity to forgive or not to forgive the team killer. Not sure if the TKer gets kicked or what, because I have forgiven everyone there so far... but I think its a great add.

Hey, after your suggestions, I tried out Battlefield 2 this weekend. It's a pretty awesome game. You guys have a particular server you like to play on? Maybe we should get an FR squad going.
