If you have some white vinegar, soak a cloth in it and wrap or put it on the bruised areas. It should lessen the black and blue. It's just a miracle you didn't break something. White vinegar applied to a bruise will lessen the bruise.
I never knew that. I have white vinegar and will do that. (Mr. Peach will think I'm pretty stinky tonight! He'll wake up wanting a salad!) Thank you for the advice.
