First, there is nothing wrong with saggy testicles so long as they are immediately available to perform their primary task when called upon to do so (if you know what I mean).
I am also skeptical about the droopy breast claim. I will, therefore, pay much closer attention when next I'm on the beach in San Diego. and will have a copy of this article to prove to my wife the scientific nature of my intense observations.
