I just did my first one and used plain Budweiser on the inside and Mr. Stubbs moppin sauce on the outside. Might just be the best grilled chicken I ever ate.
Okay, what does the beer do? The alcohol/hoppy water boils off and marinates the chicken from the inside out or what?
I've never heard of a drunk chicken but I'm willing to try to do one.
