What is "black flagged"? Is it fatal? Depending on the penalty being handed out, yes. It can go anywhere from drive through the pits at pit-road speed, to a stop-and-go, to come on in, the boys on the Oval Office want to talk to you.

Black flag can mean anything from a pass through the pits at proper speed to a stop and go to a full stop depending on the infraction.
