It's local product. He had a Rib Shop in Old Town but gave it up to do the retail thingie. College of the Redwoods has a great incubator kitchen for wannabe merchants.

We surmised that someone's bbq got out of control. It was hard to tell because the coach caught fire as well, so not sure where it started.
