Don't get me wrong. I love Kathleen Parker. And the fact that "people" embrace the Hillary/victim thing baffles me. That skank has calculated everything she has ever done.

My problem is with Mr. Klein's book. Our side does not dabble in slanderous personal rumor.

Whether his tidbits in his book are true or not, it is not the kind of stuff that will take her down. In my view (having not read the book so what do I know), it is no better than Kitty Kelly's book on W.

We can stick with the facts, her record, and the words out of her own mouth to defeat her.

One resorts to rumor when there is nothing valid with which to attack the opposition. And that is not the case with Satan Hillary.

Right. That's what Mrs. Parker says, also:

One, that Americans of all stripes are tired of nasty, and Klein's treatment of the Clintons is reminiscent of a time we're trying to forget. He focuses overmuch on Hillary's alleged lesbianism, for instance (she didn't shave her legs and underarms at Wellesley!), and even writes that Chelsea was conceived one night when Bill raped Hillary.

Only the fringiest Clinton-haters could find pleasure with that level of prurient tabloiding of a former U.S. president and a present-day U.S. senator. After a few paragraphs, you find yourself reaching for the Brillo.

I agree with you and Mrs. Parker. I will not be buying/reading his book.
