I don't know how well it freezes,because there never seems to be any leftovers but my contribution is easy & quick to make.

approx. 1 lb ground beef(more or less to taste)

1 lb macaroni (my family likes bow ties but elbows work great

2 cans of Manwhich(or favorite sloppy joe sauce)

brown ground beef

add the Manwhich sauce

simmer beef & sauce 10 mins.

Cook macaroni's as per box

add Manwhich & beef to the macaroni!

It's simple , quick & filling!

I do basically the same thing, but create my own sauce with two cans of tomato sauce, with liberal amounts of onion and garlic powder. Add some salt, fresh paprika if I have it, and then some cayenne pepper.

Gotta be careful about the cayenne, though. Not all taste buds have callouses.
