if you mean SS, youre crazy if you think an election with 51% of the vote, 55 senators and 235 house members meant that we were going to reform SS in 6 months!!!
It took 20 years to lower the top marginal tax rate from 91% to 70%. Another 20 years to lower it to 50% and another 5 to get it to 28%.
