I don't understand how you do not define the elected officials who are actually stealing the land as villians.

Think of it this way -- if a thug holds you up and gunpoint and steals your property, and then a judge lets him off, who's the primary villian? I say the thug, with the judge as secondary villian through collusion and failure to do his/her job properly.

Since when are SCOTUS members elected?

More accurately, what if a thug holds you up while somebody else steals your property?

The SCOTUS, just like the thug(in this instance) is the enabler. But not the actual thief. Furthermore, Pfizer is the thief not the politician.

I do understand what you're saying, and I agree. But the judges here are villain #1. They are in a position where they are (directly)shielded from the ballot box, and they just told the thief he is allowed to steal.
