Even if (x conservative president) managed to put a majority of originalist judges in the SCOTUS, would that make a difference?
I can't help but feel that the final line.......... the line of no return.......... has been crossed.
A majority of originalist judges could set things right, and wipe away the whole body of "jurisprudence" (aka judge-made laws) that deny us the rights guaranteed in the Constitution.
The sad part is that you have no reason at all to expect this President to nominate one.
I am terribly shocked by this brazen act of tyranny... like a poster before me, I fear we have crossed a line of no return.
What to do? I do not know, save for telling you that some thoughts I best keep to myself.
