I agree wholeheartedly with the banning of chickens. I am completely terrified of them!
With Howard Dean the dems have formally graduated from "disarray" to "debacle", with "irretrievable disaster" just around the corner.

Just to make it very clear, I am not playing any favorites here. I am giving the same information to everybody. And I am not taking sides to the extent that new data wouldn't cause me apologize and say that there was fraud after all - But everything I have to date says that there was no fraud, Andy really was and is sick with Pancreatic Cancer, and that David Allen was not the perpetrator of scummy.comRut Roh
Since when hasn't the name calling, potty mouth deviant not taken sides?

Note that I am not a party to any suits as I wish to maintain my objectivity here, though I could pretty clearly sue for libel in a couple of casesBwaaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaa

If ol' Bennie can sue, then I imagine Frank can sue based on the same issues!
These people treat the threat of a lawsuit like I test for spaghetti.....throw some on the wall and see what sticks!

I saw that post in CU last night, then later, I was watching Hudson Hawk on cable and there's a scene were Bruce Willis falls onto a bus or large van, breaking a wooden chicken cage and freeing the chickens.
After briefly wondering why none of the chickens were killed, I thought about you. Actually, I thought about that cartoon someone posted of attacking chickens.
Well, since I don't have much of a point, here's the lyrics to a song I used to hear on the Dr. Demento show (tune of Psycho Killer by the Talking Heads):
Psycho Chicken by The Fools
I can't seem to face up to the facts
I'm tense and nervous and I can't relax
This Colonel Sanders job is gettin' me down
A crazy chicken chasing me all over town
CHORUS:
Psycho Chicken--what the f--k?
Bwak bwak bwak bwaaak bwak bwak bwak bwak bwaaak bwak
Better run run run run run run run away
I don't know just what to do
He's got a grudge against Frank Perdue
He's clucking a lot, but he's not saying anything
I plucked him once--why pluck him again?--CHORUS
Colonel Sanders wants to cook his goose
but Psycho Chicken's still on the loose
("Hmm, a little chickie--" BWAAK!! "OHH!!")
They caught him down in Ohio
They cut off his head and they put him in the oven
They put him in a box right next to a roll
Put some coleslaw around his legs and someone took him home
Ate him for lunch and he tasted real fine ("BURP!")
but the guy who ate him, he just lost his mind!
HALF-CHORUS (with "Qu'est-ce que?")
CHORUS (with "What the f--k?")
("Ooh, it's all covered in feathers!")

Isn't Fred Grady that guy who played Gopher in the Love Boat?

Yep. After Love Boat, he was elected as a congressman for Iowa. Now he is the President of Goodwill Indus.
Ooh, ooh, ooh, Fred Grandy is now entwined in the little drama. Maybe we'll all be featured in a reunion "Love Boat, the Scam"!

Oops, I didn't read the last name correctly. Grady is someone else. Grandy is Gopher.

That was CONGRESSMAN Gopher. For a while. He was a Republican Representative from Iowa for several years.

Don't they raise chickens in Iowa?
You know that game "Seven Ways to Kevin Bacon"(or something like that)? We could do this with Andy while we wait for his next post (which after he reads this, will be right on cue).

I'd be willing to bet John Dean wasn't expecting Ben to post those two e-mails. The first e-mail was dated Thu, 16 Jun 2005 and the second one Wed, 22 Jun 2005. There must be another one he didn't post because the subject line of the second e-mail says;
Subject: Good evening Ben - I'll be writing you two emails
I wonder what's in the other e-mail??

I will gladly volunteer to get an up close look at ol' Andy. He should be pretty emaciated by now and I'd like to verify it.

Can one bet on these races? I feel that would be a pretty safe bet, that anyone related to Andy would lose, and lose big.

Well, what I don't get is that this candidate plans to appeal to disenchanted Republicans--the incumbent is a Republican, and unpopular in some quarters.....but well, since Republicans demand accountability, and transparency, perhaps the poor soul might want to reconsider that "endorsement."

The incumbent King County Executive is Ron Sims, a Democrat. His Republican challenger is David Irons. there is speculation that Lange could siphon off some of Sims votes.
