We need to talk about ways to restore it.

For one, we'll need to overturn Civil Forfeiture.
Call off the War on Drugs.
Get rid of the Patriot Act.
Repeal the 17th amendment.
Get rid of Socialist Security.
Do away with the court's belief they can regulate every part of our life by merely invoking the Commerce Clause.
Do away with CFR.
Declare that eminent domain is not to be used for private non-government projects.
Tattoo the Tenth Amendment on every legislator's forehead.
Repeal all existing gun laws.
