I got punched out by a Texan once; his fist was as big as my head, but not as big as my Yankee mouth.

He told me to "go over there and practice falling down and bleeding". He gave me the option.. I did not believe him, so he proved it to me. I did not fall down and bleed, he knocked me down and I bled... I felt good when I woke up, as I was sober.
