Yeah, by some Communist scum. Appeal the damn thing. Get held in contempt. The country would cheer if somebody at the Pentagon said, "We ain't releasing anything. It's duplicative and isn't in the national interest to do so. So f*ck off."

I don't know about you, but I'd like to see the administration sidestep this court order.

Maybe the laws allows them to withhold the materials based on their potential harm to national security. Or maybe some clever lawyer could come up with some other fig-leaf argument for holding on to these items.

I suggest the Pentagon do one better than that ordered by the court. The Pentagon should allow a delegation from the ACLU a visitation with the detainees inside their compound......unescorted, unguarded.
