"What's Scientology supposedly have to do with Terri?"
A lot of folks have been going on endlessly about how everyone associated with Schiavo is a Scientologist and part of a massive conspiracy to kill Terri Schiavo.

True, but the legal system isn't perfect. Like I said, the stuff in that timeline is all Michael Schiavo's story, and I can't see how anyone would look at that story and say "great candidate for a medical guardian." I also can't see why any judge would ignore the household situation Michael has. No matter how much slack you cut him, it was a clear and major conflict of interest for him to be acting as Terri's spouse while he was clearly far more engaged with another woman.
There are a lot of aspects of this case where one can say, "OK, I disagree but I'm not the judge." But when they start to get stacked on top of each other, they start to be too much to ignore. Something...and that something may just be incompetence...is wrong with Judge Greer.
