Didn't do much of anything today. I did some laundry and fixed Marissa something to eat. I think I played the balance of the day. :)

Nice to see you vic.. I have been in over an hour.. very dirty from yard work & need a bath... can't belive I did'nt even wash my hands & here I am.. keying away..muddy & itchy

I'm still practicing html for these borders and backgrounds.

I played with Photo Explosion for awhile today. I should take time to do some reading. :)

I will try to read some of the user's manual tomorrow.

Possibly, it's more of an obsession. Eventually, I expect to put out a volume or two of my poetry.

Organizing and annotating it looks like a daunting task. I have been keeping a list of poems I've posted here and there on Free Republic, principally at Amy's Place. It runs ten pages.

By the way, Dolly, I recall meeting you at the Free Republic Inaugural Ball. I was the guy making a fool of himself with Marissa.

Well, trying to do too many things but most of them are not optional... I love yard work & could spend every waking hour playing in dirt, weeding, transplanting watering, trimming... but the house is always "needy" with too many pets & too little organization.

More than you needed /wanted to know !!! lol

The neighbors (somewhere ) have already started their 4th fireworks.. Oliver (aka= chicken dog) hides between my legs when I am standing & under my chair when I am sitting. He tries to crawl in my lap when I am FReeping but Cali is already there & she whacks him.


I need a bath.. still covered with dirt from PM yard work

bob i hope you can publish your work. I do understand what you mean regarding the challenge. I began my humor books (14 of them going at one time) about 6 years ago. Had a virus problem & lost my hard drive... of course I had NOTHING backed up. I was sick. REALLY sick over it.

Have half heartedly started again but the enthusiasm is not like it was then. They were topical books.. with humor, poetry, art work , toons, my original essays ... I thought they were good & many of them were about done.

My own stupidity for not backing up.
