yep, to no avail.
I'm getting a "status" box (from AOL) that says printing is in progress, but my printer's doing nothing.
Again, the printer is working properly, and I can print from other applications.

You might try logging out and restarting AOL.

Also, AOL "help" allows members to speak with someone online.

Again, the printer is working properly, and I can print from other applications. Then the problem is with AOL's software. Especially if others you've found on the 'net are having the same problem. Don't waste any more of your time on trying to figure this one out.
AOL is crap. Dump it and get Juno. $9.95 per month for unlimited access.
