I often here Rush and other conservatives talk about seminars that liberals like me can attend to be instructed on how to call conservative talk shows, post on conservative websites, etc. The problem is that I have missed so many such seminars. Can somebody bring me up to speed? THANKS!

Look to whom? There's probably someone out there that considers you a troll and would chastize me severely for defending you but that's just a childish distraction that detracts from the more serious debate about preserving our republic that must happen soon.
