YOu know, there's that guy the Utah state government has been harassing because he has six wives, and is a vocal proponent of plural marriage. We could send him over as a good will ambassador and he could teach Japan Christianity and how to save their people from extinction.

Might not help. Japanese aren't too keen on other races -- are a bit tolerant of Japanese/white marriage, but that's only amonst the more liberal people.
