Now that was pretty amazing.
And they all survived.
Looked like the anti-torque rotor stuck or failed.

Judging by its flying characteristics, the chopper began to spiral (i.e., lost "weathervaning" stability) as forward speed decreased indicating tail rotor failure.

Furthermore, I reviewed the clip several times, but did not see the tail rotor fly off or disintegrate at impact, leading me to believe it had already been fallen off.

Gentlemen, check your Jesus bolts before you fly!
