Practice makes perfect.....post on....
Beautiful sunny morning here. The bear buffet was out all night last night -- ie garbage day was today. Just washed the car and the sun is hot today. Quiet day with no squad calls so far. Prom night tonight for the local high school; my God daughter will be attending. Everything is beautiful, sorry your day started out so bad.
Nice pair! Of words, that is. Thank you for setting up for me. I now have an appointment in two weeks with a neurologist, and one of the surgeons at the back clinic at the hospital I went to is reviewing my case to see when they might deign to handle me, but I've been warned to expect that won't be soon. Oh, Canaduh!
perhaps you can exorcise the Canadian health care system?
Sorry to hear this news. Phase one of the red tape has been overcome. Good luck.
Thank you!
They are completely and totally insane. But they are not fooling us. Or the Big Guy.
Oh, yum! Now I have to plan another errand to run by the local shop!
xsteen finished the first half of HS at noon today.
take all fam members so everyone gets one of those disgusting things!
A+++ can't wait to see it play out.
I was working inside, but the humidity makes the texture dry so slowly that it can't be painted for 48 hrs.
What, do they have the swamp cooler on?
It drizzled on me on the entire drive home, and it is humid and misty outside now-bet I'll have great fun lighting the grill later.
I was jamming all the way home in the rain, though-one of the classic rock stations I listen to played "Hair of the Dog" and then "American Woman"-that one takes me back to my college and cage dancing days-and some old headbanger favorites like AD/DC, Anthrax and old Metallica. I alternate my listening between two country and two classic rock stations, but that classic rock station was the only one playing music that was not as gloomy as the weather-the other rock station even played "DOA"-I switched stations before I was tempted to pull over and slash my wrists...
No-we don't use swamp coolers here (except in the desert around El Paso), but their A/C is being replaced as part of the remodel of the house so it was very humid-I had to had to have the windows open and a fan on to keep from swooning from paint fumes.
The difference between ET and WT is amazing. Lovely drive, though.
I think Geraldo is sleeping with Michael Jackson.
I'm not that terribly fond of East Texas-I don't like the heat and high humidity-but I do like to visit West Texas from time to time (I also like Amarillo, but don't tell anyone). I like living right here in the hill country, though-not as hot and humid as ET, but more rain and not as hot as WT. Have you ever been to the Texas hill country?
