I found Mark Felt in the 1930 census, living at 210 Sixth Ave. E, Twin Falls, Idaho with his parents, Earl and Rose (Dygert) Phelps. From the looks of his family, he was Irish, Canadian English, Scottish, and possibly German. I doubt he was Jewish, if that is important to anyone.
