Ok. It looks like everything there except the West Nile. Do you have to have an RX? I see they have PCN so I'll pick some of that up too. Horses don't require rabies?
The reason I'm asking all of this is because I got caught off guard. I had no idea what all the vets had given. I want to do it myself so I know what all they get this time.

You don't need a Rx for penicillen or tetanus. You would need one for Banamine which is a good thing to have on hand. That's about the only prescription med that I can think of that you might want to keep around. No - I take that back, Bute is a good thing to have on hand too.

Your vet would have only given yearly vacs, which is the 5-way or 4-way (all the flu stuff) and now, West Nile.

Horses generally don't require rabies.

In Texas, horses do need rabies vaccine. Every animal on my farm gets rabies vaccine: goats, big horses, little horses, donkey and of course, dogs and cats. I've already had 2 cases of rabid skunks hanging around my house in the last year. My husband killed them and we had them tested, they were positive for rabies.
