The cutest butt in the room (Tips for the gals!)

The way we look and feel about our bodies is never more of an issue than when it's time to wear summer fashions. As I sat down to review this season's most fabulous lingerie, I couldn't help but think about the recent round of interviews that I just finished with the country's top fitness trainers for my book, "How To Get A Body Like A Rock Star (Without Suffering, Starvation, Or Spending A Fortune)." The combined client list of these trainers includes the best bodies in Hollywood, yet they all felt that getting a dream body is not just for the rich and famous.

As we quickly move into summer, there's still time to make positive changes in your diet and exercise that will impact not only the way you look in your undies, but how you feel in them as well. Who wouldn't want to wear this pretty rose tulle chemise and low rise hipster set by Only Hearts (photo at right), or one of their fabulous stretch lace slips (photo below left) on a hot summer night? Helena Stuart for Only Hearts can be found in every major magazine -- on every major celebrity -- and at specialty shops and finer department stores throughout the world. For more information, go to www.onlyhearts.com.

For those of you interested in creating a lean toned look that you can show off in lacy lingerie, you may want to pay close attention to what Valerie Waters has to say. The way she trains some of the most coveted bodies in the world has become her signature style. Her clients not only have great butts, they also train to kick butt in their roles.

When you reach my age, they all look sensational, anywhere between ninteen and ninty, and anywhere shy of a potential guest for the Jerry Springer show and any gal meatier than a fashion model.

I've been proactive. I've already told my wife that when she turns fifty I'm trading her in for two twenty-fives

"The cutest butt in the room"

Sorry to tell you guys, but my wife has the BEST butt in the room, probably in the western hemisphere. Never been to the east.

Did it ever occur to you that some of us are thin just because that is how we are built? I am 5'10" and I weigh 128 lbs. I am sooooo tired of people asking me if I am anorexic. I am not deathly grody shapelessly skinny, but I am thin.

Point: all women are different. And curvy is beautiful, no matter what. So take it back.

5'10" and 128 lbs is perfectly fine. But if you wanted to be a fashion model you'd need to lose about 20 lbs, and that's my point. Most models have the body of a prepubescent boy.

I beg you pardon? I have no idea what that term means.

Heavens, no. I am not interested in stalking anyone. LOL.

Although, I have been stalked - it is really, really creepy to leave the house in the morning, and find a rose on the car...

Then find one when you leave work...brrrr.

Oh that is not true. My niece is a model in NYC, and she is not heroin thin.

I agree that I'm-gonna-die skinny is unattractive. But those models above are just thin, so hush yo mouth.

It was a joke, paratrooper man. That is why I said it so sillily.

And I too have been stalked in real life. Had a guy actually send me a photo that he had taken of me (I was unaware), getting out of my car. Sent me books, wine, letters. Totally creepy. And pathetic.

Well, NO SH&T, since you put me on your PING LIST!

LOL

I used to read thread titles when scanning - now I look at who responded.

All we have in this life are people.

LOL! sounds like a good idea until you reach that time and become so absent minded that having someone around who can read your mind, is an irreplacable asset.

These are the best underwear (not panties....aaahhh I even hate writing that crap) in the world. No other undergarment makes an ass look better than these.

Replace the rose with the casing from a .357. Just tape it to the car. Stalking will stop.
