It really went down when they started their own "Battle of the Network Stars" type cross-character competition.
Among the worst, the 1970s Tom & Jerry cartoons (with a host who did a bad Howard Cossell type voice). Tom & Jerry as friends??? UGH!
I often wonder how much money ol Shaggy made back when he was working on two cartoon series?
