Yaw! I even did some of that stuff (macrame). I made plant hangars and belts until my fingers were sore and calloused. Hah! I gave a cousin one of the belts I made. We had always exchanged Christmas gifts, but that year I didn't have very much money and had to make things. Well, after the macrame belt gift she suddenly decided to quit our tradition. Hee Hee. I suppose macrame was good for something after all!

Well, that was over 30 yrs. ago back when we were not at all political enough for warning bells to go off or red flags to be raised about things. (That came right after I voted for Jimmy Carter the first and only time and got my wake up call.) Actually, M.E.N. at that time was not quite the glossy thing it is now. There were practical articles on how to really do real stuff. Now I don't know how it is. New people bought it out I think, and I really haven't bought one of them in years.
