If you go up north of DC by Great Falls, no problem at all.

Down by National Airport, I would use more caution (one a month).

South of the Anacostia, forget it. For about 100 miles downstream.

Then it is ok again.

That is awful-why is it such a mess in those places-don't people get fined for polluting like they do here (ruinous fines)?
