Growing up Jewish in The Bronx, where FDR was revered and JFK sanctified, it's amazing that I saw the light. Four years in the Air Force gave me some perspective. Fifteen years on Wall Street didn't hurt either.

Xshub thinks it is invaluable to have turned from the dark side, rather than being born on the right, because you can understand so much better the way the Left's mind works. the better to combat it.
